Both posts are wise and deeply to the point. I loved the Wesley quote, every time I start to think of moving toward changing my house of worship Wesley meets me at the back door and answers my questions and shoo’s me back inside.
I wish the Methodist Church still understood the sacraments sacrament-ally.
but as I have said, Methodism in not in the Prostestant lineage.
In truth, would there be any joy in heaven if we knew our families suffered and we celebrated.
I think I have mentioned the Boddhisatva Vow, and Kevin has mentioned Pauls close approximation to it.
May all be blessed until the day all are saved.
